To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@dlob.in or through the return/exchange provided (https://shorturl.at/ltLM0) within 5 days of receiving the item.

Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • There is no additional cost for returning  the product shipping charges won’t be reversed.

  • The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Upon receipt of the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.

  • If the item(s) meet our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges  & in the matter of a cod return we will provide the return through banking detail provided by you.

  • Sale items cannot be returned only exchanged if any size issue.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, you may do so within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • There is no additional cost for exchanging the product.

  • we can only once exchange a particular product.   

  • Upon receipt of the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.

  • Sale items cannot be returned only exchanged if any size issue.


    Please Note:

    • Purchases made during special promotions like Black Friday 'Buy One, Get One' are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    • Brand Name DLOB reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if the item(s) do not meet our return criteria.

    • In some cases, Shipping for Exchange/Return is chargeable.
    • All Indian orders are dispatched with Delihvery and is 100% trackable.

    • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours and we will provide a replacement or refund.

    • Sale items are not  eligible for return.

    • In case of return we will inspect the product once received  and will issue refund within 48 hours
